Terms of Service

These Terms of Service govern your use of Abonio. By using the Service you agree to these Terms.

1. Introduction

These Terms of Service (the "Terms") govern the use of the Abonio online service (the "Service"), owned by an Individual Entrepreneur registered in Georgia: Individual Entrepreneur Vitaliy Dudarevich, personal ID 345644190 (the "Operator", "we", "us").

By registering and using the Service you agree to these Terms and to the Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. The Service

Abonio provides online tools to manage studios, schools and clubs: client records, class scheduling, membership and attendance tracking, payment recording, analytics, notifications and Telegram integration.

The Service is provided on a SaaS (software-as-a-service) basis over the internet and requires no installation on your device.

3. Registration and account

• You must create an account with accurate information to use the Service.
• You are responsible for keeping your password safe and for all activity under your account.
• You must notify us promptly of any unauthorised access to your account.
• Studio staff may use the account with role-based permissions configured by the owner.

4. Plans and payment

• The Service offers a free plan and paid plans (Pro, Business) with extended features and limits.
• Plan prices and contents are shown on the pricing page and may change; the price at the time of payment applies.
• Paid plans are billed in advance for the selected period. On downgrade or cancellation, fees already paid for the current period are generally non-refundable unless required by law.
• If a paid plan is not paid, access to paid features may be restricted.

5. Your responsibilities

You agree to use the Service in compliance with the law and these Terms. You are solely responsible for the data you enter into the Service, including your clients' data, and confirm that you have a lawful basis to process it.

6. Acceptable use

You must not:

• violate the law or the rights of third parties;
• upload malicious code, attempt unauthorised access to the Service or disrupt its operation;
• use the Service to send spam or unlawful messages;
• resell or provide access to the Service to third parties without our consent;
• copy, decompile or modify the Service's software.

7. Intellectual property

All rights to the Service, its source code, design, name and logo belong to the Operator. Using the Service grants you no rights to these other than the right to use the Service's features under these Terms.

Data you enter into the Service remains yours. You grant us a limited right to process it to provide the Service.

8. Availability and disclaimer

We aim to keep the Service running reliably but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. The Service is provided "as is" and "as available", and may be interrupted for maintenance and updates.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Operator is not liable for indirect or consequential damages, lost profits or lost data arising from use of or inability to use the Service. The Operator's total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the Service in the preceding 12 months.

We recommend keeping your own backups of important data.

10. Changes and termination

We may change these Terms and the Service's features. The current version of the Terms is posted on this page. Continuing to use the Service after changes means you accept them.

We may suspend or terminate access for breach of these Terms. You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time.

11. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of Georgia, the Operator's country of registration. Disputes not resolved through negotiation shall be settled by the competent court at the Operator's place of registration, unless mandatory consumer-protection rules applicable to you provide otherwise.
