Dashboard: your day at a glance
What the home screen shows: visits today and this week, today's schedule, the next session and the clients who need attention.
The Dashboard is the first screen you see after signing in to Abonio. It gathers what you need to know about today: how many visits there were, which sessions are coming up and which clients need your attention. It's a good place to start every working day.
What's on the screen
At the top there's a greeting and a short summary: how many classes there are today and how many new clients joined this month. Below are three number cards:
- Today 1 - visits marked so far today. Only "Present" marks count: a no-show charged under the studio's rule isn't a visit.
- Week - visits over the last 7 days, today included.
- New - clients added since the start of the current month.
Every number on the Dashboard follows the Location filter at the top of the page: pick a hall to see its data only.
Today's schedule
Today's schedule 2 lists all of today's sessions in order: the time, the name and how full it is, for example "7/12 spots". The spots tag is green while there's room and turns amber once the session is full.
Sessions that are over look faded, and the one running right now is highlighted and marked In progress. Click a session to open its page and mark attendance. View all opens the Journal in single-day view.
Next session
The Next session card 3 shows the nearest session today that hasn't started yet: the time, a countdown ("In 7h 43m"), the name and how many people are booked. Open journal takes you straight to that session's page. Once today's sessions are over, the card disappears.
Needs your attention
Needs your attention 4 is your to-do list for the day. It gathers clients worth getting in touch with and shows the total next to the title. The arrow on the right collapses the block.
The block has up to five rows, and each one only shows when it has someone in it:
- attended without an active membership - clients who came to sessions in the last 30 days without a membership and still haven't bought one. That's a session debt.
- 1-2 sessions left - memberships with one or two sessions left. A good moment to offer a renewal.
- paid but no membership assigned - the client has money on their balance but no active membership. Most likely someone forgot to assign it.
- memberships expiring by date - memberships whose validity ends within the next 7 days.
- clients inactive 30+ days - active clients who used to come but haven't attended a single session in the last 30 days. Newcomers with an unused trial aren't included.
View all under a row opens Clients with the matching filter already on, such as "Debt" or "1-2 sessions left". When everything is fine, you'll see All clear - nothing urgent instead of the list.
Recent activity
Below Needs your attention you'll find Recent activity - the studio's six latest events: who attended a class, who paid, who had a trial visit or a balance adjustment. Click a row to open the client's card.
Good to know
- The Dashboard refreshes itself when a new day starts, so in the morning you won't see yesterday's schedule.
- On a phone the blocks come in a different order: Needs your attention right under the numbers, then the next session and the day's schedule.
Next: how to mark attendance in the Journal and manage your client base.
